The Rotary Club of Wilsonville is now accepting applications for food vendors for the 2017 Wilsonville Rotary Summer Concerts. The club arranges for these vendors as a convenience to concert patrons who may wish to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages at the four concerts on July 20, July 27, August 3 and August 10.
To participate, food vendors must be an active restaurant, food cart or catering business, or fraternal, service or community organization. All food vendors must meet city and county health and licensing requirements, as detailed on the vendor application. Other types of vendors also may be considered. Vendor locations will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, at the discretion of club officials.
There is a vendor fee of $200 for the series, and all vendors that are selected are expected to participate in all four concerts. Applicants will be notified if they are selected, but booths are not officially confirmed until the fee is paid. Selected vendors may receive publicity and promotion on the concerts website, www.wilsonvilleconcerts.com, and the club’s social media outlets.
